Our mandate is to maintain an organizational structure for the purpose of meeting God’s requirements for worship, evangelism, edification, and the development of skilled workers to carry out the work associated with its stated mission.
A group of Christians does not constitute a local church until it is arranged, patterned, or ordered so as to constitute a local church – that’s who we are. Welcome to KATLEHONG AOG where Jesus the Christ is exalted.
Jesus established the church as a divine institution for the proclamation and extension of the Kingdom. The church is not need centered or people centered but Christ centered.
We have formulated the meaning of a community-based church. We do acts of kindness to the society. We manage welfare projects in our community.
In the wake of the tragedy of destruction of the church building by fire, we envision not just rebuilding the church but creating a space that transcends its former glory.
Our church is a complex entity. It consists of people from all walks of life. This includes different age groups, various levels of education, and different cultural backgrounds. It includes singles, married couples, and families. In order to be successful, the church has to serve all these diverse needs and wants.
We kindly request that you participate in this historic project of rebuilding the walls of Katlehong Assembly of God. Any amount of contribution is welcome. When you are helping us, you are also helping the community who depend on this multipurpose building.
